Does SEO|VIP replace my website?
No. Your profile gives people another place to understand your business and find your official website, contact details and other channels.
Do I need a website to have a profile?
No. We can work from your official social page or business information you supply. A website is useful, but not required.
What is the difference between Core and Feature?
Core provides a focused business profile with your services, location, supplied imagery and official links. Feature adds an expanded profile, more detailed services and service areas, frequently asked questions and visitor guidance. Compare the plans.
Do you guarantee search rankings or AI recommendations?
No. Search engines and AI services make their own decisions. We focus on clear business information and accurate official links. Rankings, recommendations, traffic, leads and sales are not guaranteed.
Applications & publication
Can adult-oriented or cannabis businesses apply?
Adult-oriented businesses may apply for review. Acceptance depends on the business, its jurisdiction, applicable rules, proposed content and payment processor requirements. An application does not guarantee publication.

Will my information be reviewed before publication?
Yes. We organize and review your submitted information. You check the facts before publication. We may request clarification or changes, and publication is subject to acceptance.
How do I use my Calgary promotional card?
Use the address and code printed on your card, then complete the business information form. If you have trouble, contact us with a description of the problem. Promotional redemption is separate from paid checkout.
Billing & updates
When does billing start?
Paid checkout is not open yet. The approved payment method and billing terms will be available before paid subscriptions are accepted.
Can I cancel?
The plans are intended to be monthly. Cancellation timing and what happens to your published profile will be explained in the customer agreement before checkout opens.
How do I update or correct my profile?
Contact us with your business name, profile URL and the specific changes needed. We may ask the business to confirm changes before publication.
