Using SEO|VIP.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to use of the SEO|VIP website, member features, profile submissions and promotional redemptions. When you submit information or request a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that request.

A separate written agreement or specific offer may provide additional terms. Any applicable mandatory legal rights remain in effect.

2. What SEO|VIP provides

SEO|VIP publishes business profiles and information about businesses, experiences, events and organizations. Profile services may include organizing supplied information, editorial review and maintenance as described in the selected plan or offer.

A listing is an introduction, not an endorsement, certification or independent guarantee of the business. SEO|VIP does not sell event admission or the products and services offered by listed businesses.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to enter into any service agreement you request. If acting for a business or organization, you must have authority to submit its information and grant the permissions described here.

Adult-oriented submissions must involve consenting adults only. Businesses must comply with licensing, age restrictions and other rules applicable to their activities and proposed advertising.

4. Your submissions

You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for having permission to supply and publish all submitted text, images, logos and other materials. Do not submit confidential or private information as public profile content.

You must not submit unlawful material, exploitation, nonconsensual content, impersonation, deceptive claims or material that infringes another person’s rights. Our Listing Standards provide further details.

5. Permission to prepare and publish your profile

You retain your rights in materials you supply. By submitting them for a profile, you grant Hidden Radius Inc. a nonexclusive permission to store, reproduce, format, edit and publicly display them as reasonably needed to prepare, publish and maintain your SEO|VIP listing.

This permission includes processing by service providers used to operate the website. It does not transfer ownership of your materials to Hidden Radius Inc.

Contact us to request removal or withdraw permission for future publication. Administrative records and backups may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Review and publication

Submitting a form does not automatically publish a profile. We may request clarification, supporting information, changes to wording or different images before deciding whether to accept a submission.

We may edit for clarity and formatting. You are responsible for checking the business facts when a profile is presented for review and for notifying us promptly about errors or changes.

We may decline, pause or remove a listing where information cannot be verified, content breaches our standards, rights or safety concerns arise, or applicable requirements change. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the concern and allow a response.

7. Promotional cards and codes

A promotional card or code is subject to the offer communicated with it, including any stated eligibility, redemption limits and expiry date. Redemption remains subject to profile review and acceptance.

Do not attempt to reuse a single-use code, submit duplicate claims or interfere with redemption controls. Contact us if a valid code does not work.

Promotional redemption does not by itself authorize recurring charges. Any future paid subscription requires a separate payment authorization.

8. Plans, payments and cancellation

Paid checkout is not currently open. Displayed plans describe the intended profile services; they do not authorize a charge.

Before accepting payment, we will disclose the amount, billing currency, applicable taxes, service period, any renewal arrangement, cancellation process and refund terms.

Do not send payment-card information through profile forms or email. Approved payment instructions will be provided when paid checkout becomes available.

9. No performance guarantees

Search engines, AI services and other platforms make independent decisions. SEO|VIP does not guarantee indexing, rankings, recommendations, visibility, traffic, leads, sales or financial results.

Buying a profile does not buy a favourable review or an endorsement of your business.

10. Member access and acceptable use

Keep access to your member email and sign-in links secure. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with website security, misuse forms, distribute malicious code or use the service for unlawful activity.

Member sign-in does not automatically provide authority to manage a business profile. We may verify that authority before making requested changes.

11. External businesses and links

Listed businesses and external websites control their own services, prices, availability, terms and privacy practices. Confirm relevant details directly before booking, purchasing or attending.

Each business remains responsible for its products, services, licensing, claims and customer experience. A transaction with a listed business is separate from your use of SEO|VIP.

12. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but errors, interruptions and delays can occur. Contact us about inaccurate information or service problems so we can investigate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hidden Radius Inc. is not responsible for losses caused by independent listed businesses, external websites or reliance on results we have expressly not guaranteed. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how submission details, public profile information, member information and technical records are handled.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes affecting an existing service agreement will be communicated as required by that agreement and applicable law.

These general website terms do not override a specific written commitment already made to you or remove rights provided by applicable law.
