1. Information we collect

• Business information you submit, including business name, services, location or service area, official links, contact details and images.
• Private contact and administrative information supplied through forms, email or a member account.
• Form submission details, promotional code records and associated processing information needed to review submissions and prevent duplicate redemption.
• Technical information generated when the website is used, which may include IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs.

2. How information is used

We use information to prepare, review, publish and maintain business profiles; communicate about submissions; manage member access; respond to questions and corrections; process promotional redemptions; and maintain the website.

Information may also be used to investigate abuse, protect the service, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Public profiles and private information

Business details designated for publication become publicly accessible when a profile is published. These may include descriptions, images, city or service area, business contact information and official links.

Information supplied only for administration or marked private is not intended to appear in the public profile. Check which contact details you designate for publication, especially if you operate from home.

Public information may be indexed by search engines, accessed by AI services or copied by others. Removing information from SEO|VIP does not automatically remove copies or cached versions held elsewhere.

4. Services used to operate SEO|VIP

Our current workflow uses MagicPages and Ghost for hosting, publishing and membership features; Fillout for forms; and Make for submission processing and automation. Cloudflare provides infrastructure and security services within the hosting setup. Email providers process messages sent to and from our contact address.

These services may process information as needed to deliver their functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect legal rights.

Following a link to an independent business, external form or other website may involve additional processing under that service’s privacy notice.

5. Cookies, analytics and tracking

Website features and infrastructure may use cookies, local storage or similar technology for functions such as member sign-in, session management and security. Ghost’s built-in features may also generate usage statistics.

SEO|VIP does not currently use affiliate tracking or additional third-party analytics tools. This does not mean the website or its service providers collect no technical information.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking certain cookies may affect sign-in or other website functions.

6. Payments

Paid checkout is not currently open. Payment-provider information will be made available before paid subscriptions are accepted. Do not send payment-card details by email or through business-profile forms.

7. International processing

Hidden Radius Inc. is a United States corporation, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Information is not necessarily stored in your country of residence and may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the countries where it is processed.

8. Retention and security

Retention needs depend on the type of record and its purpose, including maintaining profiles and accounts, handling enquiries, preventing duplicate redemptions, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

Deletion requests may be subject to these needs. Copies may remain in backups or provider systems until their normal deletion or replacement cycles. Contact us for information about a particular record.

No online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal material through ordinary profile forms or email.

9. Your requests and choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to discuss withdrawing consent where processing relies on it. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity or authority to act for a business. We will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled or if removing information means a service can no longer be provided.

10. Children and sensitive material

SEO|VIP is not directed to children. Adult-oriented submissions must concern consenting adults only. If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate.

A listing in a particular business category should not be taken as a statement about an individual’s health, sexuality, personal interests or use of services.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a materially different purpose.
